Cancellations & Refunds policy

Cancellations

1. Client may cancel their appointment/session booking anytime upto 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty.

2. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of Rs.500 may be applied.

3. Cancellations can be made via our website, whatsapp or email at contact@healingforhappiness.com.

Refunds

1. If an appointment/session booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time, the client will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

2. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours upto 1hr of the scheduled service time and a cancellation fee is applied, the refund will be the amount paid minus the cancellation fee.

3. No refunds or adjustments will be made if you miss or cancel your appointment within the last hour of the scheduled time.

4. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
